Represented an owner of a 10 acre site and worked with an agent of the adjacent site to assemble for a Cavender Toyota dealership (at the time the buyer was Toyota Corporate) along 183A in Cedar Park. The transaction required an extraordinary coordination between the buyer, sellers, and the City to obtain approvals.
