UPS Distribution Center Round Rock

Extensive Experience Handling Complex and High-Profile Land Transactions

Represented a family to sell a 100-acre site which was equally divided between D.R. Horton and UPS. We coordinated with the seller, their attorneys and both UPS and D.R. Horton to entitle the site and ensure conformity between the buyer’s vastly different proposed uses by helping to create a planned unit development that was acceptable to the City and to both buyers. UPS will invest more than $70 million on the project to develop a 225,000 square foot distribution center, which could accommodate up to 300 UPS delivery vehicles. D.R. Horton is developing the remaining balance of the site as a single-family residential community.
