Represented buyer in assembling 640 acres for a master-planned community within both Liberty Hill and Leander, which consists of approximately 1,440 residential units and 40 acres of commercial. Purchaser went through the process of formulating a Municipal Utility District and a Development Agreement with the City of Liberty Hill/Leander.
