Surrounding Development: The sites are adjacent to the Shops at the Galleria, which is a 540,000 square-foot retail shopping center.  Major tenants within this project include Spec’s Wine, Spirits and Finer Foods, Lowe’s, Home Goods, World Market, Michael’s, PetSmart, Office Max, Best Buy, and Marshall’s. This property is approximately 94% occupied.  The sites are also located just off the FM 620/SH 71 intersection close to the Hill Country Galleria, which is a 1.3 million square-foot mixed-use project.  The Hill Country Galleria has approximately 700,000+ square feet off retail space, 285,000 square feet of Class A office space, 300,000 square feet of apartments and 100,000 square feet of residential condominiums.  The project is anchored by Whole Foods Market, Dillard’s, Cinemark, Barnes & Noble and Dick’s Sporting Goods.
