Surrounding Development: The site is one of the few large commercial tracts remaining in the area that encompasses a premier corner(s) on two major arterials. The extension of New Hope Drive from Ronald Reagan Boulevard bordering the Indigo Ridge project to Sam Bass Road is funded and most of the right-of-way is purchased. Construction on the road extension is expected to commence the Fall of 2022. The site is near several notable mixed-use projects including The Presidio, Indigo Ridge, The Parke and the HEB center/proposed Nebraska Furniture Mart & Convention Center. The site is less than eight miles from Apple’s second campus located on Parmer Lane. The site is across Ronald Reagan Boulevard from the future headquarters of Perfect Game, a baseball scouting company, which is expected to bring between 500,000 and 750,000 visitors per year.
