Scottsdale Crossing Industrial & Office Park

Represented a developer to sell Scottsdale Crossing, a 65-acre office and industrial park in Cedar Park, Texas to a international investor. The buyer joint ventured with TIG Real Estate, one of the premier office/industrial developers, and they are in the process of developing office, retail and light industrial/flex space within the project. They have recently completed 55,000 SF of office and is starting another 100,000 SF of office/flex space.
