The Grove

Consulted with and accepted the bid on behalf the developer on The Grove, a 75-acre mixed use project near the intersection of 45th Street and Bull Creek in Austin, Texas. The site is in the process of being developed as a true infill, mixed-use project that will feature up to 150,000 square feet of retail, 225,000 square feet of office, 300,000 square feet of assisted living space and 700 residential units.
