Represented buyer of a 69-acre parcel at the northwest corner of FM 620 and Wilson Parke Avenue in Austin, Texas. The site was developed into the Trails of 620 retail center. The project is approximately 300,000 SF of space. Duncan & Shelton worked with Edge Realty partners to sell/leased pad sites available within the project.
